Features: The only oak native to British Columbia. It's spreading canopy and lobed leaves add an interesting presence to the landscape which is not often seen in the Fraser Valley region. It's fall acorns allow many forms of wildlife to prepare for winter.
Please note Garry Oaks are not usually associated with our region of the province and may be a challenge to grow here. In order to grow these amazing trees in the Fraser Valley, they will need to be provided particular conditions to become established. It may not be suited for the novice gardener.
Note: The trees in the 5 gallon pots are on average over 6' tall!
